Cutting is usually the first operation to be performed when a part is manufactured.

Our punching workshop utilizes punching machines of the TRUMPF brand, a leading company in the machine tool industry, in order to ensure high quality, fast and safe processes for both single parts and flow productions.

The wide range of punching tools we have available allows us performing:

• holes and  patterns of the most diversified shapes,
• threads,
• different types of deformation ((louvers, deep drawing, edging)
• marking

The manufacturing process is managed through CNC machinery that allows – through a wide spectrum of diagnostics – identifying and – if required – correcting any mistakes and/or anomalies in the development of the part.

Nesting allows optimizing the raw material utilized, thus minimizing waste and obtaining the largest productivity associated to an effective management economy.
